We are finite creatures. Bounded by time, we grow old and die but we are more than finite creatures.

Our spirit is boundless; we endlessly seek to grow, to expand, to explore.

Our love is boundless; we give our lives that others may live.

And our greed is boundless as demonstrated by three dozen of the University of California’s highest-paid executives for whom a six-figure yearly retirement is not enough.

While the students, without whom they would not have jobs, suffer through yet another tuition increase, the “UC 36” is threatening to sue unless UC agrees to spend tens of millions of dollars to dramatically increase retirement benefits for employees earning more than $245,000.

Their greed is boundless and they have no shame.
